One of the best Teamfi fundraisers
How a wrestling team in Northern Michigan raised $15K with just 40 kids
The best fundraisers have the highest level of student participation.
But how do you actually get that?
One tactic is an incentive system.
This past winter, Pine River Wrestling used one of the better incentive systems I’ve ever seen.
Check out how they used it to raise $15k right here:
One of the better fundraisers we had on Teamfi this past winter?
A wrestling team in Northern Michigan
They raised $15K with just 40 wrestlers by using an incentive system
Here's how it worked:
> Raise $125, Get Performance T
> Raise $250, Get Team Quarter Zip
> Raise $500,… x.com/i/web/status/1…— Kanon Dean (@kanon_dean)

While you’re at it, you might as well check out Pine River Wrestling’s donation page, too.
They crushed it!
Got Scrap?
This isn’t a Teamfi fundraiser, but it’s still pretty sweet.
I spoke with a coach yesterday who runs his own ‘Scrap Metal’ fundraiser.
It regularly nets $5-7K for his program.
Here’s how it works:
Spoke with a coach last night whose team regularly pulls in $5-7K from a 'scrap metal' fundraiser
Basically works like this:
> Partner w/ local scrap yard
> Pick a week to go into community and collect scrap donations (old appliances, junk cars, etc.)
> Deliver to scrap yard,… x.com/i/web/status/1…— Kanon Dean (@kanon_dean)

Twitter Rant
Apologies in advance for the somewhat spicy language…
…I just get fired up about this!!!!
There are literally DOZENS of fundraising apps for high school sports teams
I’m not going to name them, but if you stare at a rainbow, pick two colors out, slap an adjective in front of the word ‘raise’, you’ll have at least four of them
And guess what?
They all do the same… x.com/i/web/status/1…
