How do you fundraise with a small team?
How about if you have no team?
That’s the problem Frank Lerchen at West Ottawa Strength & Conditioning had.
Although he was coaching 220+ athletes a day, he didn’t have a dedicated team of student athletes to help fundraise for the weight room, because they were all playing other sports.
So here’s the step-by-step plan he used to fundraise over $9K in just two weeks:
