The Most Unique "A-thon" Teamfi Has Seen

How one Coach used Teamfi to put his own spin on things

Have you ever seen a ‘Slam’ A-thon?

If not, look no further than Coach David Sheeley & Lawrenceburg Wrestling.

This year, he had his wrestlers race to complete as many ‘slams’ in a minute as possible.

By using Teamfi’s A-thon capabilities, Lawrenceburg’s donors were able to pledge per slam made, OR donate a flat amount.

The result?

Lawrenceburg raised $2400, 2.4x their $1000 goal!

Find out more about their Slam-A-thon right here:

I wanted to share this because it’s a powerful example of a Coach putting their own ‘spin’ on things.

You aren’t limited to running one of the following A-thons on our platform:

You can actually run whatever type of A-thon you’d like to.

We’ve got a team running a Push-Up A-thon right now!

Not the Only Coach We’ve Seen Put a ‘Spin’ on Things

Last week, I wrote about how one Coach used a raffle to increase participation in his fundraiser.

It really worked for him, as his team raised $6000 with just 18 participants.

Check out how they did it:

We’re shipping some updates…

If you haven’t a logged on to your Teamfi account in awhile, you should check out the feature we just shipped.

It’s small & mostly aesthetic, but I’ve loved seeing it the last week since it went live.

I’m not going to say what it is - just log on and it refresh, and you’ll feel it.

(props to Zeth for coming up with the idea here).

More updates next week!

That’s all for this week, guys!
