This Team Has A Fundraising Tip

They found an incredibly efficient way use Teamfi

The other day, a Teamfi customer emailed me with a tip for how best to use our platform.

I loved it so much that I had to share it:

“We had all the girls bring their list of contacts to practice one evening - so it was a requirement at the end of practice to sit there and put the contacts in together as teams. I sat with them and answered questions if they had any. That seemed to be really helpful!!”

- Sarah Lake, Grand Ledge Volleyball Boosters

I love this approach, because it segments the process of preparing for your Teamfi fundraiser.

Instead of worrying about her fundraiser participants logging on to Teamfi & uploading their contacts on their own, Sarah held them accountable by having them show up to practice with their contacts already planned out!

It’s no surprise that with this level of organization, Grand Ledge Volleyball’s fundraiser knocked it out of the park.

They raised $13,589, 36% more than their $10,000 goal!

Want to implement Sarah’s tip yourself?

I actually made a free sheet that will help you do just that.

On it, each participant will find space to plan the names & numbers of their contacts that they’ll upload onto our app.

Print it out, give one to each of your participants, and have them bring it to your next meeting.

It’s simple, but a number of you (including Sarah) have found it incredibly helpful in organizing your group.
